The Disaster Victim Recovery (Live) Booklets are uniquely numbered and available in many languages; they include fluid and freezer resistant labels plus uniquely numbered tamper-proof seal tags. The booklets and tags are used to complement the INTERPOL Disaster Victim Identification standards and guidelines. They are currently used in over 50 countries and territories to document the recovery of human remains.
